Sign of the Cross
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Our Father
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be
thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done,
on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our
daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we
forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us
not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Hail Mary
Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Glory Be
Glory be to the Father,
and to the Son,
and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now,
and ever shall be,
world without end.
My God, I thank You for protecting me through the night. I praise You and give You thanks for all the blessings You have bestowed on me. In union with Jesus, I consecrate to You all my thoughts, words, actions, joys, and sufferings of this day. Mary, my mother, bless me this day and protect me from dangers. My Guardian Angel and all my patron saints, pray for me. Amen.
Prayer to Your Guardian Angel
Angel of God, my Guardian dear,
To whom God’s love commits me here,
Ever this day be at my side,
To light and guard, to rule and guide. Amen.
Act of Consecration to the Sacred Heart
Merciful Jesus, I consecrate myself today and always to Your Sacred Heart.
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, I implore, that I may ever love You more and more.
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, I trust in You!
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us!
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, I believe in Your love for me.
Jesus, meek and humble of heart, make my heart like unto Thine.
Prayer to the Sacred Heart
O sweetest Heart of Jesus, You invite all who are weary and heavily burdened to come to You. Hear my humble petitions.
Mention your personal needs.
Look with favor upon my family and me. Grant us good health. Fill our souls with compassion for others. Place in our hearts Your gentle and forgiving love. Inspire our minds with Your infinite wisdom. Encourage us to come to You in times of need, that we may know Your great power and joyfully proclaim Your praises for all eternity. Amen.
Blessed be God.
Blessed be His Holy Name.
Blessed be Jesus Christ, true God and true man.
Blessed be the name of Jesus.
Blessed be His Most Sacred Heart.
Blessed be His Most Precious Blood.
Blessed be Jesus in the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar.
Blessed be the Holy Spirit, the Paraclete.
Blessed be the great Mother of God, Mary most holy.
Blessed be her holy and Immaculate Conception.
Blessed be her glorious Assumption.
Blessed be the name of Mary, Virgin and Mother.
Blessed be Saint Joseph, her most chaste spouse.
Blessed be God in His angels and in His Saints.
May the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in the Most Blessed Sacrament, be praised, adored, and loved with grateful affection, at every moment, in all the tabernacles of the world, even to the end of time. Amen.
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly into thee, O Virgin of virgins, my mother; to thee I do come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.
Prayer to the Holy Spirit
Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Your faithful, and enkindle in them the fire of love.
v. Send forth Your Spirit, and they shall be created.
r. And You shall renew the face of the earth.
Heavenly Father, in Your kindness send down upon us, who trust in You, Your Holy Spirit. May he dwell within us to
illuminate our minds, and to guide us. May He strengthen us in following Christ, our Lord. May the Holy Spirit’s
presence console and comfort us to judge rightly in all that concerns our salvation. This we ask through Jesus Christ,
Your Son. Amen.
“The Spirit of the Lord fills the whole world and holds all things together.” (Wisdom 1:7)
St. Michael, the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray, and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly hosts, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan, and all the evil spirits, who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
